Each reservation includes:
- 3 hours of use for the party room (note: the game lasts two hours)
- Access to a small kitchenette (including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink)
- Tables and chairs
- 60-inch television screen
- Exclusive entrance to the Wizard Quest game
- Discount rate to play Wizard Quest for all members of the party (Minimum of 12 people required for the discount)
Frequently Asked Questions
Does everyone at the party have to buy tickets to Wizard Quest to attend the party?
No, the party is in a separate space. They do need tickets if they are to use the exclusive entrance to the game. But, if they aren’t interested in Wizard Quest, they can remain in the party room.
Is there extra time to set up for the party and clean afterward or do we have to do everything in the 3 hour reservation time?
You can definitely come in early to set up for the party and clean up afterward so long as there are no other reservations set for that day. Please call before-hand to be sure (608-253-0324).
Can we just let our children run amok in Wizard Quest?
Nope, all children under the age of 16 must have an accompanying adult. We recommend at least one adult for each group of children playing the game.
How many people can fit in the party room?
The recommended capacity for the party room is 50 people. If you are all really close and have good hygiene, the maximum capacity is 75 people (but it will be a bit tight).
Can we bring in or own food and drinks?
Yes, food and drinks are allowed in party room (not in the game itself). You are welcome to bring what you like, but please limit adult drinks to just beer and wine.
How much are the discounted tickets?
Adults are $26.99 each, children (ages 3–9) are $19.99, and toddlers are free.
Packages
We offer flexible rental packages to suit your event's needs. Each package includes space for up to 50 guests, tables and chairs, and access to the kitchen (including refrigerator, freezer, sink, stove/oven and microwave), as well as pots, pans, baking sheets, basic serving utensils and basic serving bowls/platters.
Tickets to the Wizard Quest game need to be purchased separately (if desired).
Each rental is for 3 hours only (including set up and clean up). Additional time can be added at a rate of $80 per hour.
APPRENTICE PACKAGE (basic rental)
$195 for 3 hours
Includes limited use of the kitchen (Fridge, Freezer, and sink only)
JOURNEYMAN PACKAGE (enhanced rental)
$395 for 3 hours
Includes full use of the kitchen, and vinyl table covers.
MASTER PACKAGE (premium rental)
$595 for 3 hours
Includes full use of the kitchen, linen table covers, and linen napkins.
PARAGON PACKAGE
