A typical game is about 2 hours.
Yes! Our listed hours are when we admit people into the game. If you come in to play the game at one minute to closing, you will still get to play a full game.
We recommend playing with groups of about 4–5. If you have 8 or more people in your group, feel free to request another tablet and split into two different groups.
Nope, on most days you can walk in and play right away.
Because our world is so immersive, everyone admitted into it must purchase a ticket. If you don’t wish to play the game, you can purchase an “Explorer Pass” at a discounted price and it will not include a tablet or a flashlight.
Yes. We don’t advertise it, but if you purchase your tickets at our front desk, you can ask for a local discount. You may need to provide proof of residence (drivers license, etc.).
Yes. We don’t advertise it, but if you purchase your tickets at our front desk, you can ask for a military discount. You may need to provide proof of your service.
Any group of 12 or more people gets in at a discounted rate. It will be applied to your cost automatically, no matter if you purchase tickets at our front desk or online.
Yes, this is called our Edutainment discount and is one of the biggest discounts we offer. There are some restrictions, however. Please see our Edutainment page to see details and reserve a date.
The best way to get a donation for your cause is to fill out the Donations Request form on our website. We can’t fund every donation request that we get, but we like to help as many as we can. If your cause wasn’t accepted, please try again in the future.
Yes, we are largely wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator in the game that can take you from floor to floor. However, there are a few areas (secret doors, staircases, crawlspaces, and secret passages) that will not be accessible. We recommend bringing along some “minions” in your group that you can send into these hard-to-reach places to gather information and report back to you.
Yes. See above for details on our accessibility.
We don’t allow strollers. It won’t take you long to see why. But, we’d be happy to store your stroller in a secure location while you are in the game.
Yes, we have several benches located throughout the attraction. You can also rest at the snack bar where our employees can pause your game.
Mostly no. Although Wizard Quest would make a beautiful place to hold a ceremony, you would need to rent out the entire facility, and that is often much more expensive than people have in their budget. If you are still interested, feel free to reach out to us with a date and we can get a quote for you.
Wizard Quest and MagiQuest are from two different companies. MagiQuest is a chain attraction designed around smaller children while Wizard Quest is a one-of-a-kind attraction designed for teens and adults (with kids in mind).
Nope, there is only one Wizard Quest.
We’d love to, but we spend so much time building, designing, hand-crafting, and expanding our location in Wisconsin Dells that we’d never have the time and resources to build a second one.
We are not looking for new artists at this time. However, we love to see cool stuff! So, if you want, feel free to send a link to your portfolio to us through the Contact Us form. We can guarantee that someone from our art department will look through it.
We are always looking for awesome people! Fill out our application online and someone will be in touch.
Funny thing about that, it never existed. The Freedom Quest was on our website and listed as “coming soon” but it was dropped early on in development, and now it just lives on in our hearts!
